Tyson Fury Makes a Special Demand to Triple H and Stephanie McMahon
On Saturday, the boxing legend Tyson Fury defended his WBC Heavyweight Championship against Dillian Whyte. Millions of fans were waiting for the heavyweight clash of two behemoths at Wembley Stadium in London. Where Tyson Fury showcased a stellar performance against Dillian Whyte as he served the revenge dish cold.
The Gypsy King, aka Fury, began slowly in the first few rounds. Finally, however, the British heavyweight contender Whyte witnessed a thumping uppercut in the sixth round. This secured a victory by TKO for The Gypsy King, and Tyson Fury’s ultimate jab blew Wembley Stadium.
There were a lot of eyes on this battle of heavyweight behemoths’ main event at Wembley. One such set of eyes was of the WWE power couple Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.
What special request did Tyson Fury make to the power couple of WWE?
WWE CBO Stephanie McMahon and 14-time World Champion Triple H yesterday took to the internet to wish Tyson Fury luck ahead of his battle in London. The Game and Stephanie McMahon praised The Gypsy King and his return to Wembley Stadium as they hoped Fury knocks the lights out of Whyte.
Thanks to the wishes of The Game and his wife because The Gypsy King emerged victorious over Dillian Whyte. Following a powerful message by Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, Tyson Fury replied to their wishes. In addition, Fury made a special request to Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.
“Shout out to the @wwe for the continued support of the Gypsy King @TripleH and @StephMcMahon! Let’s get a Wrestlemania right here in,” Fury tweeted.
The Gypsy King wants to bring the Showcase of the Immortals to the United Kingdom. Stephanie McMahon and The Game were immensely excited to watch Fury in Wembley Stadium in front of 94,000 attendees.
On that note, Tyson Fury implored Triple H and his wife to set a WrestleMania in the United Kingdom someday. But presenting WrestleMania in a foreign country would be a massive task, so the company has decided to take baby steps.
WrestleMania in the United Kingdom doesn’t seem so far!
WWE has announced that they will hold a significant premium live event in the UK on 3rd September 2022. Without a doubt, being a British Professional Boxer, Tyson Fury will appear at the UK PPV. This will be the first time in 30 years that Vince McMahon and the company will have a major PPV at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.
The last time WWE hosted a pay-per-view in the UK was back in the 90s. Even in the video, Stephanie McMahon noted that the last time her father’s company hosted PPV in the UK was SummerSlam 1992 at the Wembley Stadium.
Now, in the coming months, if Tyson Fury comes to WWE UK PPV, he will most likely collide with the former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. The duo has been throwing shots at each other, and it has whispered a potential word that McIntyre vs. Fury may happen.
As of now, The Gypsy King has his schedule wide open after putting Dillian Whyte in the dust. After his ultimate victory at Wembley Stadium, Fury has decided to hang his gloves from boxing.
Taking the Grandest Stage of them All to the United Kingdom seems a long way for Vince McMahon. However, the WWE UK PPV could be the first step on the ladder to take the WrestleMania in a foreign country. Who knows if the McMahon family grants Tyson Fury’s wish and takes WrestleMania in the UK down the line?
